Please Read! You Must Contact Us For A RAN!TEN DAY RETURN POLICY:Should any item not meet your expectations, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number) and return mailing instructions. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt for a prompt exchange or refund.* Refund is minus shipping charges as this is considered a used service. At our sole discretion, we may apply a 20% restocking fee on any item returned for a refund. Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer for replacements. (Items returned after 10 days will be charged a 30% restocking fee)
BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE ITMES:Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt and we will give you special instructions for getting your replacement(s). Do not return without an R.A.N!
AVOID RETURN PACKAGES:In the event a package is returned to our warehouse, due to refusal, not available after 3rd attempt or buyer providing the wrong address, buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred in addition to a 25% to 35% restocking fee. To help avoid returns, please make sure you have given us your correct address and phone number so you may be contacted if there is a problem delivering your package.
